PEACE OF MIND AGREEMENTS

All students and guests are required to sign a Peace of Mind (POM) Agreement along with their parents/guardians.

This agreement informs the students and parents of the party guidelines and expectations. Print the appropriate POM agreement, sign and return it by May 2nd to the address listed on the agreement.
