Nine DECA students from PHS took part in the State DECA Competition held March 5-7 in Overland Park.
The students were also featured as Kids of the Week in the March 26th edition of The Morning Sun.

3rd Place-Comprehensive Exam in Restaurant and Food Service Marketing

7th Place-Overall Food Marketing Associate Level
9th Place-No.1 Role Play

Ryan Williams
9th Place-No.1 Role Play in Business Services Marketing

Torey Marrone's father, Ron Marrone, accompanied the students on the trip, serving as chaperone, van driver, judge, and more.

DECA President, Torey Marrone qualified to attend the DECA International Career Development Conference Competition in Dallas, TX beginning on April 29th.
