Graduates MUST ATTEND PRACTICE,  be a student in good standing, return ALL school-issued items, and have ALL outstanding fees paid TO WALK on May 20th.

Graduation Day

On Saturday,  Lifetouch will be set up in the PCMS cafeteria to take individual pictures of graduates beginning at 7:15 AM.

Graduates MUST be in the PCMS new gym by 8:00 AM.

Guest Information
The Commencement Ceremony will NOT be ticketed. We anticipate that seating will be at capacity in the stadium and will be available for guests in order of arrival. Stadium gates will open at 7:30 AM. Should the stadium reach capacity, an additional overflow area will be provided. Guests will not be allowed on the field during the ceremony. Following graduation, families may join their graduates on the field east of the 50-yard line for photographs. 

Please respect Hutchinson Field and the stadium as a long-standing landmark in our community. The use of silly string, poppers, confetti, or similar items is not permitted. Graduates and guests should wear flat-soled shoes; heels are not permitted on the turf. 

Accessible Seating
Guests in need of wheelchair accessibility may be joined by one guest and will be seated in a designated area on the track. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate all guests together in this section.  Guests who would like to sit in the stadium seating and are in need of ramp access should enter through the southwest gate.

Parking
Hutchinson Field has a limited amount of USD 250 parking area and shares public parking with many other organizations. Please note that the Farmers Market will also be open and we ask that guests do not park in these areas. 

Commencement Details
2023 Commencement Ceremony will take place at Hutchinson Field on Saturday, May 20th at 9:00 AM.  Stadium gates will open at 7:30 AM. Should there be inclement weather, delay times will be communicated to families.
