Dragons! We have been able to troubleshoot why some of our Dragons have not received their enrollment emails. We had hoped they would arrive in waves as it was such a large group to reach.
After working with our third-party vendor, we found that the Mic Check went to all emails on your account, and the enrollment email was only sent to the primary account holder.
