USD 250 NAMES NEW PCMS PRINCIPAL
Yesterday evening, February 8, 2021, the USD 250 Board of Education approved Assistant Principal Laura Earl as the new Principal at Pittsburg Community Middle School.
“Mrs. Earl has done a great job for the past ten years as an assistant principal, and she will continue to be a great asset to Pittsburg Community Middle School, USD #250, and the community.” says Richard Proffitt, USD 250 Superintendent.
A PSU Graduate, Earl has earned her B.S. Ed. in Elementary Education and Master’s in Educational Leadership in 2008 with an emphasis in Educational Technology. Her experience impresses as the Pittsburg Community Middle School Assistant Principal from 2010 to the present; in addition to teaching experience, Earl also served as the Title 1 Coordinator in USD #248 for eight years.
Earl brings a wealth of experience in addition to her well-established relationships within PCMS. Earl will assume her new duties effective July 2021, the search for a new Assistant Principal will begin immediately.
